The Founders
Inspired by Lola’s Kitchen
Tala Cafe was born from memories of our grandmother’s kitchen, where the aroma of freshly brewed coffee filled the air and stories were shared over steaming cups. She taught us that coffee is more than a drink — it’s a ritual that brings people together.
Growing up, we watched her carefully select beans, grind them by hand, and pour each cup with intention. Her kitchen was a gathering place where artists, musicians, and neighbors felt welcomed. That spirit of warmth, creativity, and community is what we wanted to recreate at Tala.
Today, we honor her legacy by creating a space where every cup is crafted with the same care she showed us, and where everyone can find a sense of belonging.
